What we store
Your name, your email address, your birth year, your time zone, the habits you choose to track, and the daily entries you record against them. If you are under 18 we also store your guardian's email address and the record of their approval. We do not store a full date of birth, a postal address, a phone number, or any health information.
Who can see it
Your coach sees the habits on your account. Anyone you explicitly share a habit with sees that habit and nothing else. If you are under 18, your approved guardian sees every habit and receives a copy of every note your coach sends you. Nobody else has access, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.
Messaging
There is no private messaging in this app. A coach can send a short note in one direction and there is no reply box. For anyone under 18, a copy of every note goes to their guardian.
Age
MPC Habits is for athletes aged 13 and over. Anyone aged 13 to 17 needs a parent or guardian to approve the account before it becomes active.
Deleting your account
Ask your coach or email us and we remove your account and every entry attached to it. A guardian can do the same on behalf of anyone under 18.
